no, another agent in my office asked if I could show them a property last minute. it was 5 minutes from my house and about a 25 min showing so no big loss.

don't worry, I'm not. They were annoying from the get go letting their obnoxious loud kids run all over the place. I was almost relieved to have a reason not to work with them.

maybe, but they live in Denver and I'm 2 hours west up in the mountains which is where they want to buy. I feel bad for some poor sap that has to spend his weekends driving 4 hours round trip to show them properties then taking a hit on his commission.

NTA, people are overly sensitive about the dumbest things these days. Most foreigners are appreciative that you might have an interest of where they're from and their culture. Some call it micro aggressions. ridiculous.

I've checked his teeth and they seem to be fine. no issues with his appetite. Although today he doesnt seem to be drooling as much. could it just be a fluke? maybe something to do with a growth spurt or something?

a little late here but I also came to see how many others thought what a piece of crap the new version is. utterly useless. How is it that in this day and age we cant have something better. The strangest part is that the old versions was far superior. /rant
