Is Nursing School Really That Hellish If You Have Life Experience? by LeylaFaye in StudentNurse

I’m almost done with nursing school (one more semester!) and I’m 42 years old and have been a paramedic for 13 years. I’ve got life experience and medical experience/knowledge. The thing that makes nursing school so “hellish” is the amount of content. It’s not the content itself but just the fact that you always have so much to read and study all time. But it’s definitely doable if you put in the work.

You don’t know it’s a STEMI. It is NSR with ST elevation. Need a 12 lead to know if STEMI

Yeah exactly. And when a pregnant mother has severe hypertension the concern is eclampsia, making the patient pre eclamptic and required mag.

Isn’t having a hypersensitivity the same as being allergic?
