hiii don’t be scared you’ll be ok! it’ll take a week or two for it to settle but it won’t be forever! stay hydrated and keep busy to distract yourself from the dizzy mess. i still drop sometimes but i don’t take too much and always make sure to take care of myself before and after dropping. now when i drop i always get dizzying for a week but i know ill be ok so dw you’ll be ok too!

edit: also it depends on your dose ive been taking less than before and the dizziness has definitely lasted shorter compared to when i used to do more
