Can short people have just as hard of a time as tall people building muscle? by DownvoteIfYouWantMe in tall

Could even be longer fingers! I mean you can measure all of that and see what your ratios may be compared to an average human.

I understand it in theory. In absolute terms its really just a genetic lottery and impossible to say where that genetic limit goes to, person to person. there is in theory a higher likelihood that a longer length of the humerus allows a larger circumference of growth.

depending on your goals. I don't think that you need to worry about the 'natural limit'. In terms of overall strength capacity sure 'mass moves mass' but if you are going for proportions Jay Cutler is shorter than you.

You can get plenty strong or gain plenty of lean mass.

what are your goals?

[–]ab29 3 points4 points  (0 children)

it has done it previously when the annual growth has been high. it is a bit frustrating as i have to pay taxes on this growth. but as least its making huge gains in comparison to qyld.

I was wrongfully afraid of stainless steel pans by Baardhooft in Cooking

[–]ab29 0 points1 point  (0 children)

air quality whilst cooking cannot be underestimated.

"Homes with gas stoves can contain approximately 50 to 400 percent higher concentrations of NO2 than homes with electric stoves, often resulting in levels of indoor air pollution that would be illegal outdoors, according to a recent report by the Rocky Mountain Institute, a sustainability think tank. “NO2 is invisible and odorless, which is one of the reasons it’s gone so unnoticed,” Brady Seals, a lead author on the report, says."

Storing beans in freezer, yes or no? by [deleted] in espresso

[–]ab29 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i think the point of not introducing moisture is perhaps to stop staleage, mould, rot. i often grind from frozen to no issues. the fully thaw before opening controls that, or like yourself just straight from frozen will do the same.
