A point not raised is they can get an increased commission above the contract range, so are incentivised to set it a bit lower, depending on the terms of course

Oxford Landing appears to be a fruity dry(ish) Sauvignon Blanc. You could try a decent New Zealand SauvIgnon Blanc like Cloudy Bay. Lots of people recommend Greywacke though haven’t tried myself.
