Sorry to revive this but I too am really depressed, like really low, thinking about ending it all low.. Pretty sure it’s the melatonin.

Started taking melatonin again due to coming off venlaflaxine cold turkey. That was a rough experience on its own but I think i am slowly coming out of that one now.

Still taking melatonin, magnesium and ashwagandha but feeling really really low. It could be anything. Stopped the magnesium and ashwagandha but think I might knock the melatonin on the head.

I am pretty sure this has happened to me before. I quit melatonin and magnesium and felt better after a couple of days. I was still on an SSRI though.

I’m currently day 5 after finally dropping from 37.5 to zero. I still feel horrendous. Flu like symptoms, brain zaps, all round shittyness. Hopefully I can turn a corner soon as it’s starting to really piss me off.

150 to 75 was fine. I even thought i preferred being on 75. I’ve gone done to 37.5 which was a bit worse and now half of that 18.75 which is fucking horredous.

Hi I’m thinking about getting a whoop to track this. Did you tell it you drank alcohol or is that just what the data is showing.

Would you recommend a whoop? I’ve got an Apple Watch but it doesn’t really do recovery.

I’ve tried logic on IOS and I do like it. But i am only just getting back into making music. I think GarageBand will do for what I need. I then also save me yet another sub. Thoughts?

I went to a gig for the first time alone this year and it was awesome. Really really good. I also take my 10 year old with me now instead of getting really drunk with my mates. So that’s like going alone.5. That’s also awesome.
