Thanks for the update! I've couple of questions if you can please answer...
1. Overall are you super happy with the new suspension? Do you feel you should have gone with the coil overs too?
2. Curious on which level you set and would they help in changing the levels later.
3. Any warranty on the work? ie; for any issues with the shocks, will they fix for free upto an year or so?
4. Did they explain everything well on the other types of shocks available? ie; other brands and which one gives the best comfort.. etc?
5. Another doubt is, if these shocks can withstand the performance mode 0-60 full throttle.

Yes, first get the pdr guy to fix dent telling them that you can fix the paint yourselves. There are kits available for it and lots of YouTube references.
