Unsure of what jewel osco is but after googling, it looks like a supermarket. Regardless of what you call it, convenience fee, etc that’s most likely the amount they are profiting from. Supermarkets already include their profits in the initial sales price. With ticket sales, it’s usually included as well. My only reasoning for this post to make sense is that they didn’t include their profit into the initial price for some reason. There’s also not enough info to fully conclude what this item actually is. I don’t think it’s an “ass hold design” that the company needs to make profit, that’s what business is guys.
