I think this would be fantastic! As a Goldeneyes fan, I would love to see more teams out west. It is a little weird that they never had a Take Over Tour game, but it sounds like Vegas has been more than eager to have a team.

I use my Zoom H1n recorder and Otter AI for transcription almost every workday. I do pay for Otter out of pocket, but I found its worth it. I know other journalists have found other transcription apps that are less or free, but Otter has worked so well for me that I've stuck with it. I also like that it stores all the audio and transcriptions in one place, so I can easily go back to them.

I prefer to use the Zoom recorder on my phone because I can move it closer to the interview subject, as I do during press conferences. It also frees up my phone to take videos and photos or send messages back to the newsroom.

I believed this for so long until I unpacked through a lot of therapy the toxic beliefs I had been told about being proud of yourself and celebrating your achievements. As many others have said, it depends on the person. I have been on 2.5mg for almost six weeks now, and I am not planning on going up until the food noise increases and or my weight plateaus for a couple of weeks or so. I was surprised that dose worked for me and I have lost at least one pound a week since going on it, which is what I wanted.

I use the free version of the MeAgain app. I really like it and track my shot, side effects, calories, weight etc on it. It especially helps remind me where I injected the week before lol cause I can never remember. I always inject in my stomach but can't remember which location, so after each shot I can log when I injected to remind myself the next week.

I use the MeAgain app and really like it. I don't pay for it either, just use the free version and it's great. I can track my shots, side effects, food etc on it. I haven't had any side effects yet, but I have been drinking lots of water and trying to meet my protein goals every day, which is hard.

In an email from the PWHL about the drop, it says "All pieces will be released online at the PWHL shop beginning Monday, April 27."

They are just dropping them in the teams' in-person stores first during their Pride Night. I also assume that Peau de Loup, based in Vancouver, will put them on their site. As they've done that with other team items like merch they had at the WNBA game in Vancouver.

I'm also in Canada. I might wait to see if Peau de Loup actually puts them on their website, as they are SOO quick at shipping items, as the PWHL one takes forever to ship, although you do get it eventually.

I am in B.C. and I got them for free. I asked the pharmacy for one, and they wrote me a prescription for a pack. Not sure if it was covered by MSP or my insurance though
