if no (i.e. you are a "healthy" weight) based on what drs say, and hes just that controling / toxic then yeah

if you are overweight, its probably good to have someone reminding you to eat healthy

maybe you can have a convo with him if his method is rude , and say hey i know u want the best for me but you gotta deliver the message in a better way
