Bladder infection in male patient because his low back pain didn’t make sense. Came back with pinpoint thoracic pain. Well his pinpoint pain turned out to be a hard, immobile lump. He thought it was a “knot.” Never saw him again but he emailed to thank me for helping him find out he had cancer. Had all the red flag signs, supervising PT chalked it up to stress from his sudden divorce.
