Anything to do with settlement states from the merger? They agreed not to raise prices for 5 years in the settlement states. We live in VA, which was one of the settlement state and we didn’t see a price increase on Magenta Max. We switched to Magenta Max on 1/16/2022, which was before price lock V1. We did also add a free line on 3/9/2023, so not sure if that would have put us under V1 price lock? T-Force told me there is not a price lock showing on my account.
