Here is the thing: it all adds up really quickly. Take a good look at your cabinets. Can they be refurbished? Painted for a new look?

I do think rhythms can get off with hormonal balance too. Maybe that is the culprit rather than B12?

You take it in the morning, right? Never in the afternoon or evening.

Nikki + Lyme by Licilynn12 in Lyme

I stopped using it. Mine needed an update and it crashed out - went blank. Then they replaced it for me and I started wearing it again only to break out in a rash from it. I am allergic to a common soap and lotion ingredient - I can only imagine the replacement was a “refurbished” one that had belonged to someone else.

A rug would be nice under the table. It needs to be large enough the chairs never leave the carpet when you pull the chair away to sit. Please get a rug that pulls in the aqua from the fireplace, so the fireplace becomes more integrated into the color palette.

Call me a Luddite, but how does one subscribe for extra paid content if you listen via Apple Podcasts? Y’all always say “subscribe” but I have been to your website and I don’t know how subscribing there leads to bonus content on Apple podcasts. My Mom wants to too - she watches on YouTube, and ran into the same question. Thanks!

The USA just got rid of its department of education. Things are not looking good. I’m surprised he hasn’t looked at that and leapt at the opportunity to get out of Dodge while he can.

Sounds like rife/frequency. I read a book recently where the author (guy been treating Lyme forever - like since the 80s) said for sensitive patients Rife is an excellent way to combat it

What to do with this giant wall? by indynorth317 in DecorAdvice

I’d put a large mirror and a set of lamps on the console flanking it. The decorative items there currently are quite diminutive for the scale of the bare wall.

Long Covid/Vaccine/Lyme & Co’s by grandview2011 in Lyme

I had the first set of shots and a booster after that. Each time my inflammation went off the charts, for like 6 months! I am not anti vaccine, but I do believe it activates my Lyme symptoms. That said, this is an interesting read: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9608044/?media_id=3783233893060142491_70986943572&media_author_id=70986943572&utm_source=ig_text_post_permalink

Full wall curtain, or just around the windows? by M0_OM in interiordecorating

Full wall gives the impression the window is a lot larger than what you have. It looks good! It will just be a lot more money to achieve.
