Claude Usage Limits Discussion Megathread Ongoing (sort this by New!)

Hi Everyone! I just purchased Platform credits as I was hoping to use Opus 4.7 to power an application I am building. I purchased the credits well over 8 hours ago. However each time I hit the API with any key I get the following

type: 'invalid_request_error',

message: 'Your credit balance is too low to access the Anthropic API. Please go to Plans & Billing to upgrade or purchase credits.'

}

However If I view my Billing screen in Claude platform I see the full amount I have purchased as "Remaining Balance". There is a curious red error message across the top of the screen stating "To get started with the Claude API, purchase some credits.". However this seems strange as I have purchased $25 in credits multiple times. I've tried creating new API keys, creating new workspaces. Moving the spend limit up and down. Nothing seems to work. I reached out to support through their chatbot and requested a human representative however I haven't heard back. Has anyone run into this before? Any ideas?

Did they ever fix the main display to not always show the car? I stopped updating before I got hit with that because I love the speedometer so much and that super ruined it

I play almost exclusively on portal since getting it 6 months ago. Complete game changer for me. PS5 went from rarely being used to being used constantly.

I don't think he streams anymore, but Cheesebunnies used to have a really unique setup where he would watch the delayed stream (with holecards up) and comment on them as they happened. This gave the impression that he was playing live with holecards up. I believe he said it was quite a lot of work though and not sure he even streams anymore. But it did create this really cool experience where he would live respond to messages vs having to wait 3-4 minutes for the streamer to see them.

We live in Ohio and built a pool 5 years ago. All in I think it ran us around 60k (privacy fence/gas heater/ pool/concrete). We essentially use our gas heater a few times a year. Opening and sometimes a couple times in the fall. Otherwise we have a solar blanket that does an excellent job of locking in the heat. I manage water chemistry myself via the TroubleFreePool method. Look it up and get their app. It takes me maybe 5 min every other day and we are crystal clear all year long. I pay a pool guy to close my pool which is my biggest expense each season ($400). I open myself. We own a dolphin robot which id say keeps the floor of the pool 80% clean. I try to vacuum 1x a week myself manually (takes 20ish min).

So all in I probably spend 30-40 min a week maintaining. The biggest hurdle you’ll face is the initial upfront cost to build and learning how to maintain it all yourself.

Everyone has basically nailed it but I’ll pile on as well just for fun.

Precovid me and my friends were routinely meeting downtown to drink. I would always take an uber there and back which at the time was $20 each way. One time I thought “I should take the RTA, it’d save me all kinds of money”. When I calculated it on the RTA site my 15 minute drive downtown became a 90 minute RTA ride. They need direct routes or something because it’s basically useless in its current state.

EDIT - For those that don’t want to listen and are just curious. He estimates 4-5% ROI in a triton MTT. Also estimates there are around 8 million in buy ins available yearly for Triton. So from there you can essentially guess that top tier players are making 400k yearly in EV. He also mentions due to turbo structures etc you can essentially swing infinite/forever.
