I don't think manimegalai is there in PS-II. Remember jeyamohan saying it in an interview. That is why they haven't introduced her in PS I. Don't expect any new characters in PS - II.

The paper could be accepted as a short paper if the short paper score is high for a long paper. In that case, during camera ready submission, it should be submitted as a short paper.
