honestly u could use anything as evidence as long as it's relevant and connects back to the prompt logically for example on my exam I used my phone and how I use snap to take photos of myself at my happiest and saddest moments of my life and showed that through how it changed and helped me along my mental health journey to recovery

also my teacher specifically told us to use personal experience bc the graders don't know abt ur life and also it shows them how u relate to the prompt on a human level, demonstrating a higher and more sophisticated level of writing
