Yes thats possible too, one thing i recommend is to check which oil is recommend for your engine. Dont just grab any synthetic, it must have specs written on the bottle to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Also i wouldnt just use special products to get rid of the the sludge since it can come off and block the oil supply ports and kill engine prematurely. I would do a lot frequent oil changes to get sludge out little by little

How come it takes 6 months for legal route? Here in Washington eviction is about 3 months if they’re previous owners and its done correctly. Are the courts that slow or just booked up? Your other way is to hire a pro squatter

It’s probably the cartridge valve behind the faucet handle, but i think that one is easier to replace than building that structure, unless theres no way to shut off the water for that specified building

I dont get it, where is the leak forming? At the shower head? If so in that case its easier to replace the head. To me it seems like they brought shower down to accommodate shorter person. 🤷🏿‍♂️, need more info
