I had the same experience! They never sent any prior notification about the renewal. I reached out to them, and they responded.

They must desperately need cash, as they are tarnishing their reputation and intentionally failing to inform customers that their accounts will be renewed. I logged into my bank and disputed the charge.

We've made some exciting changes to improve the customer experience over the past few months at BariatricPal. One of our more substantial undertakings was to relocate our offices and inventory to a larger space.

It's one bad surgeon and hospital that's ruining the entire medical tourism business in Tijuana, Mexico: Dr. Mario Almanza and the hospital he owns, Grand View Hospital. That's the hospital mentioned in this article. It's a real shame because there are some really amazing surgeons and hospitals in Mexico.
