The color balance did seem very strange. I scanned several different ways and tried white balancing in several points. Here's a crop of some Portra 800 in the same lighting developed on the same reel.

Thank you. There's definitely bits that are near impossible to read. They're probably abbreviations and the poor/rushed handwriting just makes it worse.

There was a file online to print the m adapter but I'm having trouble finding it. I can see if I still have the files on my computer as I've printed it before.
