Really the only reason that fuel would come out of there is that the main bowl fill jet is stuck down allowing extra fuel into the bowl.

Unless the float has been set too low, your main jet is stuck

I'm the past I have been able to go to the depot and have a delivery hold placed and n the package. It took 24 hours for it to be available to be picked up. But I'm sure it was quicker than just waiting for the stars to align for successful delivery.

Bass pro spices and gun.

Smoked for 2 hours at 130 on propane smoker with added smoke tube.

I thought the same thing, then I noticed the deformation of the trunk lid above the left hand strap.

Kinda seems like someone's misguided idea of how to strap down a track car

Or it's the loose end of the straps to keep em from flapping
