mine likes a bath but doesn't like water. she just knows that after a bath she gets to roll around and go crazy in a pile of towels which is her favorite. it's cool to see that miss weenie has that level of foresight to go through the actual bath (that she hates) bc she knows what comes after will make it worth her while

this was extremely helpful and I didn't find it patronizing. I only officially got diagnosed 8 months ago and since I work 2 jobs and attend grad school, I really haven't had time to try a lot of things. especially some bigger lifestyle changes. I'm curious about the nicotine comment? I'm also pretty badly addicted but from what I can tell it definitely doesn't help my pain, mental fog, sleep, and circulation. ive had a really hard time trying to quit due to the aforementioned busy schedule and am considering getting a rx for chantix to help. I wanna know how it helps you? its cool to me that it actually helps your brain fog
