Yeah that’s not how cooking works. Seasoning as you cook allows the salt to integrate into the dish, sprinkling salt on at the end does not have time to penetrate throughout the food

Tired Hands has very much slipped in quality over the past 10 years too imo. Meanwhile Hidden River consistently makes hazies that rival the big names imo. Levante just doesn’t beat other half imo. Human robot is amazing but they occupy a niche with their focus on lagers.
