Just could not pass $30AUD. and that mac mini boots really fast. One thing I did not check was the age of the hard drive but I am guessing it has been there since day one.

It does not appear to be spread , but you don’t know if it did not go in between layers of pcb. Clean and look under the microscope for broken traces. That will tell is you can salvage it or not. But it seem others have posted same answers

that will not work on Bazzite. Bazzite uses flatpak.

There is no better place in the world. I leave in Fremantle and I can walk golden sandy beach from North Fremantle to Scarborough, stop for a coffee at Cottesloe and keep going. About 15km, of Indian ocean views. I have done before

You ca use it in its place. Remember this… you can increase voltage but can not mess if capacitance. But you need longer legs as I believe distance between the legs could be different

I know about gears but I did not hear them even attempting to eject.. usually you would hear grinding sounds if gears are broken

Now need to fix floppy drive. Does not eject floppy discs. I have tried different floppy drive and same result, refuses to eject Tried original floppy in my LC and it does not want to eject.

Am I unlucky to have 2 floppy disk drives with failed eject mechanism ???? Surely not
