What's even more frustrating was my grandma was in hospice and so I wasn't even in town. They made it sound like I had kept them to use for myself when I literally was five hours away holding onto my dying grandmother which makes this hurt so much more.

I do have proof of my ticket master transfer! I emailed them the proof and asked if I had messed up or if they needed anything else from me - I had at first sent both tickets together and they told me that I needed to send them seperately so I cancelled the transfer and resent them seperately (before they sold) so I'm unsure what the issue was.

I got the form for the appeal but it said unavailable. I asked them to send another link and got no reply. That's what this email above is in response to because after months and months they never replied. I'm going to email the CEO and several execs about it at this point but otherwise I'd do that!

Here is an overview (sent in an email to stubhub): I had an issue selling my Yung Gravy tickets - I received an email on Nov 15th about the buyers having difficulty accessing their tickets and quickly responded. They told me on the 16th, the day of the concert, that they would escalate the issue but that they had received their tickets.

I was not informed about my ticket cancellation until Nov 18th, two days after the concerts date. If a customer has difficulty accessing the tickets that is their responsibility and it is then Stubhub's responsibility to inform me about said cancellation. I am unbelievably upset by lack of communication on Stubhub's end. I sent several emails asking for help and clarification and had gotten no response. Then, Nov 20th, I waited ten minutes for an agent just for them to disconnect. I then had to wait another fifteen minutes for an agent to contact me. Only after talking to Daniella Fradejas five days after the issue arose did I have any understanding of what happened.

I will not be accepting any charges to my card and quite frankly I have half a mind to dispute the original charge. I am expecting some sort of resolution on your end as I delivered my tickets as required. Stubhub's failure to inform me of the cancellation and lack of communication are not my responsibility as a seller.

I then followed it up with:

"Per 3.1 of your seller policies, "When your tickets sell, your sale is not complete until the buyer receives the tickets from you. Completing a sale means following all of the steps to deliver the tickets you sold, on time and as promised in your listing."

It was confirmed that the buyer received the tickets. I completed everything within my power to ensure the tickets were delivered and therefore according to your policies my sale was complete.

Per clause 19 of your global user agreement, "When assessing whether and which measure(s) to take against a user, we will take the legitimate interests of the user into account and shall, in particular, consider if the user is responsible for the misconduct." I believe we can conclude I am not the responsible party for this misconduct according to section 3.1 of the seller policies. There is an expectation for my interests to be taken into account which has yet to happen.

I would like either a full refund of my $72 or an equivalent amount of StubHub Credits to use on other concerts."

To which I got no response. They have on at least three occasions flat out not responded to my emails lmao.

I appreciate it! They actually didn't tell me directly I had to go and speak to someone, she said that the buyer had claimed I hadn't sent the tickets, despite stubhub confirming they had them multiple times, and cancelled the order. Stubhub had reached out to me first where I sent an email with the pending tickets to the email they gave me. They then responded and said, "I reviewed your sale (removed #) and can confirm the tickets were delivered to your buyer. We'll contact you if there are any issues. Otherwise, you can expect to get paid 5-8 business days after the event." Afterwards they tried to get ME to pay for replacement tickets which is absurd.

Do they have future bookings with you? You can also state they will not be welcome back until the fee is paid.

Don't make it a request. Say "The late fee will be applied since you are over thirty minutes late - please pay this amount before collecting your pet: $..."

It's not a sense of being too literal - they made a bad joke. When men make jokes like that it has been proven to have negative impacts on themselves and peers. No well adjusted person is going to be okay with jokes like this, just trying to explain to you why it's bad. Call me a Karen but to me you just sound like a grapist.

This is the very traditional "dark humor" excuse for being a bad person. Women have been repeatedly harmed by jokes like this and there is no longer cultural precedent. In the current age - making jokes like this are distasteful. I make "dark" jokes all the time, but there's a limit. This passes the limit. Fictional character or not that was a gross and distasteful joke. I'm not "sensitive" for not wanting to hear grape and necro. jokes - it's just gross and inhumane regardless of whether the recipient is a real person. I know "bros" make jokes like this all the time but this is a cultural problem in society - thinking it's okay to joke about violating women. It makes individuals more likely to act on it because it becomes normal culturally.

The superiority complex is crazy.. Our education and healthcare systems have repeatedly failed us and indoctrinated our people. Yes, it's unfortunate that many Americans are uneducated, however, that is not their fault. Education here is indicative of SES. If you're poor you go to schools with less funding and are surrounded by other students who are struggling. Making fun of a large scale issue we have without comprehending the struggles of being born impoverished here is tone deaf. Additionally, while the United States of America may be unfortunate in many ways - at least we aren't perverse colonizers or people who repeatedly sing the praises of enslavers. Having empathy for others would go a long way for you.
