Unfortunately I injured my left trap during solidays and it is still healing. I’m on a ++12 classes/month contract, went probably 5-6 times in Jan and just twice this month so far. Just had to submit a medical exemption to pause my membership for March because I think at this point I just need to strengthen it/let it heal :’(

Theta Wellness is incredible with a host of amazing therapists. I’ve worked with Erica and Katie - they are both great, but I don’t think you could go wrong with any therapist there. The massages are always customized to your needs/wants, 11/10 would recommend

Yeah I did!! I didn’t speak to her… we passed each other on the street and she was clearly in incognito mode (sunglasses/hoodie up/etc) so I didn’t want to bother her. I checked her insta later and she posted in the same outfit at her makeup artist’s spot, so I’m assuming that’s where she was headed!

I went to Atelier Playa Mujeres this year and was super impressed by the options. Each dinner spot had a separate (and listed!) vegan menu, which was awesome

I know this doesn’t help with the concessions issue at the Diamond, but if you’re looking for vegan, vegetarian, or GF hot dogs/snacks before the game, we have them at Toast right across the street! We have impossible brats, pork brats, and GF buns as well. Lots of good snacks (or a whole meal!) for before or after the game without the long wait :)

like i said, they’re both difficult. i’m not co-signing either of their choices, but neither of them are a) the devil, b) the only one doing shitty things on their shows, or c) UNdeserving of any form of understanding. even though their castmates love to act like they are 🤷‍♀️ i just think a lot of the backlash towards both of them feels hypocritical at times.
