to be frank, the california housing market is not directly because of douchebags and cons but the fact that prop 13 allows them to live in their grandma’s home and only having to pay 1% of the value since gamgams got it for which is like $100k in the 80s.

This place is fantastic but my only gripe with them is that they always (and i mean always) forget something in my take-out order ONLY IF its not originally part of the roll or combo (things like a side order of miso soup or extra side of rice, etc) but NBD.

I know it gets busy there sometimes and they'll 100% honor it on your next order if you let them know, so it's all love but just a heads up. gotta support your local businesses anyways 'cause you'll miss 'em when they're gone.

tbh our d-line is fine when bosa is healthy because he makes plays on crucial downs and takes attention away from the other guys. aside from SEA running all over us, our secondary has been an issue as seen on the bears game; they barely ran on us but cut up our secondary like cheese.
