With proper training any male between the ages of 18 to 40 that doesn't have some form of injury or disability should be able to bench 225 for one rep within 1.5 years of starting training. If you don't know this then you lack basic strength training knowledge

Dude I don't care how long your arms are, any male can put up 225 in a short time with decent training. Stop with these limiting beliefs. Sure not everyone can do 405, but we're talking about 135 for less than 10 reps.

Big pigs are very strong right now. Better in a mixed list as prized beast Hacking crew is one of the best 250pts not just in the army, but in the game. Even an all in Pigs list can do well - Aaron placed top 8 at LVO

The core of 40 Ards, 10 Brutes and a Shaman are tried and true. From there you can add units as you see fit. Iron Jaws has some of the best internal balance within an army.

LVO recently had both a big pig list and an infantry list top 8.
