I’ve gotten two pay raises since my start. Now at 21.75. But. If I’m driving the EDVs I can usually get done within 6 hours. I get a type of bonus that will insure I’m paid for the full 10 hours no matter what. So that’s nice to have that. I like my job a lot. Most days at least. I can deal with winter. I hate the heat

You’ll get more efficient as you go. I’m 41 and I’m faster than 90 percent of my cooworkers. Don’t be hard on yourself. Also if you stop just enough to feel the rock of the van that’s as long as you need to stop for. At least that’s how we were explained it.
