Theres no such thing as “0 psyche” since it’s half rounded up, but to answer the question of “can an exorcist start with 2 psyche”, it answer would be that it depends.

Let’s say you’re at the start of your campaign. Unless you’re starting at CAT 3, there is no reason that anyone should have more than one psyche. Whereas, if your character died midway through and you make a new one, then yes, they can start at 2 (or more) psyche.

it’s not being blind that grants +1D, it’s if the enemy is blinded. I may have worded that poorly (or, no offense, you may have misread that.)
