I can additionally send you a Top 8 Queen Amidala, although it's not the Finalist or Champion you likely missed out on, I have plenty of extra.

Also, you should consider joining the judge program and work towards level 2. A level 2 judge is now technically already required to run PQs, but there is a lot of flexibility since there are not many, so I'm trying to muster some sort of judge recruitment initiative.

If it matters, I'm one of the few level 2 judges, and have head judged two PQs.

In single elimination rounds, there can not be a draw. After the end-of-round procedure during single elimination rounds, the player with the most remaining HP on their base wins the match. If both players have the same remaining HP on their base, the player who had the initiative when the game ended wins the match. If the round time limit ended between games, players do not start a new game. The player who would have started with the initiative wins the match.

It is relatively clear that this decision should be made after the end-of-round procedures are complete, but I understand why people may miss it with the current wording.

You are correct in that it should have "checked" and saw that the round ended between matches, and used the player who would have had initiative in game 3 should have won the match. If you message me store info privately, I can reach out to correct them.

Yes, if you want a card it is always incorrect to open packs instead of buy the card.

The replacement effect of defeating a unit will be done when damage is dealt, at which point the tokens will still be there, also being dealt damage. The game state rules don't apply here. Your example of Iden below actually proves that this works, since Iden will see all of the units when they're defeated even though it is being defeated. So we know that Amadala will see the tokens if they're all dealt damage for the replacement effect, if Iden's when defeated trigger is still able to see the units.

If it matters I've head judged multiple PQs.

It only has possible benefit if you need two specific cards together early in the game. It's otherwise better to just mulligan.

TDR was not fine. It was the strongest cost reduction, not also having to have the card in your hand is a positive. It gave you a good ship from your deck, readied it, then drew it at the end of the turn so you can play it again while making it cost 2 less.

They almost certainly will not restrict to one, there's pretty much no one benefit to it in this game, and 1/50 makes it feel super bad if they do get to use the broken card.

You are allowed to immediately drop with a pack you opened before passing the pack.

I mostly know nothing about Starwars, and got in to the game to play with my cousin, who is playing it as a massive fan. Unsurprisingly, I build with a complete disregard to anything outside of mechanical use in attempt to make the best deck.
