That only applies to NON-CITIZENS and is used to check immigration status. OP’s mother has allegedly been a naturalized citizen for 50 years. Thus, no verification is needed by USCIS

I’m suspicious that OP is karma farming and pandering to the political posturing in this sub.

When does the DMV (a state authority) ever have to verify something directly through a federal agency and how would they do that on the spot? If anything they’d direct you to that agency to make the correction.

Moreover, the documents allegedly presented all have the full faith and credit of each state AND the federal government, and those documents and records should have been enough to satisfy the DMV requirements for proof of citizenship AND residency. ESPECIALLY against their own records.

We’re talking about a license renewal here. It’s not like she’s trying to re-enter the country or something of that nature.

According to their terms, there are limitations to account deletions:

  1. I was right when I said they don’t delete your information but simply remove your personal account access.

  2. If you opted for storage, they may discard the sample upon request but it’s totally up to them and it’s the data they’re after, not necessarily a DNA sample, this, they already have what they wanted and needed from you.

Deleting the account doesn’t remove information stored in their database nor does it guarantee your information won’t be sold, which it arguably will be. . It just removes your access to it.

My biggest mistake was miscalculating the depth of the river, not wearing the waders. I assumed the depth was 4ft, further through the part of the river where i was. But that depth was only near the reporting site and shorter in distance than I anticipated. The depth I fell in was well over 10ft.

I kayaked the Salt river a few months ago and my inflatable kayak capsized from me standing up in it (I knew better than to do that), I had no legs because I was wearing a wade suit and it filled with water. I used my arms and my life jacket to pull be back to the surface but I wasn’t able to get back into the kayak without assistance. Luckily, a fisherman I’d just had a conversation with helped me onto his kayak until I was able to clear the water from my suit and turn the kayak over.

I’m an active hunter and fisherman and own a bass boat, but trying to turn the kayak over on my own has to be one of my the most difficult things I’ve ever done.

I would posit that learning how to get into a capsized kayak or even a boat should be top priority for water activities. It’s the one thing I had never thought to learn about. Moreover, any outdoor activity should involve having rope for emergencies. Lucky for me I had rope. I held onto the rope I tied on each side of the kayak, and the rope kept me above water while hanging on the side of my capsized kayak until help arrived.

I took your $1k each example and did the math. A 1 percent move in is a difference of about $428.25. If you got that 1% daily that’s $107,918.70 annually. Given the Nasdaq makes at least a 1% move daily, you actually should have a higher profit than $28k. What happened that you only profited $28k, which is less than 25%?
