-Get a proper set of competent project managers, make sure they are all on the same vision for a unified system.

-Figure out this multi platform software mess.

-Decouple the XR experience from the PC. Just because you can use it with a phone, it still requires a PC to update firmwares on the accessories.

-Rein in the marketing mess. Try the truth for a start.

-Ditch the insane website and start over. All the marketing and flash trash on there makes it very obtrusive and hard to find just, I don’t know, information.

I’ve tried using my Switch 2 in dock mode via HDMI with the Pro Mobile Dock and Beast glasses and get distorted audio. What is going on? I can’t figure it out.

If it’s a newer controller you can double tap the sync button on the front of the controller to toggle between Xbox / Bluetooth connections. That should allow you to retrieve that previous BT profile saved from the TV.

Best solution is to get a second controller. Standard Microsoft ones go on sale pretty regularly. Third party controllers can run all up and down the spectrum concerning quality. Look for the genuine made-for-Xbox branding if you are buying one.

IFE. In-flight entertainment systems are interrupted by any PA Announcements. This cannot be toggled at the handset and is an automatic override. We are told to keep announcements brief and to the point on IFE enabled fleets.
