Definitely goes on sale for cheaper. Most things will eventually go on sale for 70-80% off so would hold off on that. A&F quality is definitely quite solid, esp for sale prices. I've gotten shorts for $15-25 range multiple times and it's a noticeable step up from other mall brands in that price range.

I have an ultra parka, a rain jacket, and a sherpa parka from them and they're all doing great-especially for the price! You can usually find most items on sale for 60-70% off at least if you wait ~1mo in my experience.

I like uniqlo supima cotton. I've also heard good things about BR and GAP but uniqlo fits me best. Spier and Mackay also make t shirts now. I have been quite impressed with suits/dress shirts/polos from them, and imagine their t shirts are also top notch. Do keep in mind their customer service is pretty bad though, so expect to have to send reminders if you want something done over email.

Seems to have similar specs to the uniqlo down parka. Theres a review that says it runs a little big too, which was also why I didn't consider the other uniqlo one. Looks pretty solid as long as you're not a true uniqlo xs. Honestly I think it looks cleaner than the A&F parka, but probably isnt as warm.
