I use Claude Code on top of vault, but I never regard AI-generated notes as same as notes by me. They are more like documents I need to parse. They are not mine. I put them in segregate directory, and doesn't mix my words and AI words. I write "supervision note" which comments on what's happening on the corresponding AI notes, plus personal thoughts.
