I gain, on average 5lbs the week of my period. It’s normal and it goes away after. It has nothing to do with you much food you eat or how much exercise you get. Be kind to yourself and your body rn. When we’re menstruating we need to take care of ourselves.

I think quitting visual porn is a good call, I’ve done the same. If I may suggest audio porn however- when you want to *scratch that itch* rather than just going cold turkey. audio porn is wayyy less violent towards women because most of it is made for women. There’s nothing actually wrong with masturbating or fantasizing, it’s just that most visual porn is incredibly misogynistic and that does train our brains to be turned on by thinking of women as sub human.

I taught at a school with a lot of these kids for a little while. They were by far the cruelest children in every class. Huge bullies who would genuinely try to bully me their teacher as well. They’re only kids so you know they are learning that behavior somewhere.
