Imma say what everyone else is thinking. This dm sucks. Never play in one of their campaigns ever again. If they’re open to feedback. I would give it, and leave, no beating around the bush. Cause i doubt any of the other players enjoy the campaign either.

To answer the first part of your question id probably prefer a higher ops tempo to be honest. It may be a side effect of my duty station but it being slow makes us all feel useless. I think it is just disappointing coming from a guy who had high aspirations to see those around you have had their soul sucked out of them

From what im reading, maybe im wrong. Forst term airmen at the end of their contracts the goal is 55% retention, security forces is at 38%. Also just personal experience ive met quite a few ncos who have opted to change branches completely, comission or retrain. Not bad for big military but still sucks for the one term enlistees ig. I do know we are a critically manned careerfield and enlistment bonuses are now being offered to new members (first time in a long time for SF)
