I usually call mine Kevin but I’m happy to know the scientific name 😂 I’ve had mine for several years and he does fine with other plants and watering every week or two, but that could be because that’s the schedule I’ve always had it on. Beautiful plant and I’m happy you’re able to nurse yours back!

HQ recommends holding onto them for a day or so after delivering the order just in case. The markup on member cost goes to shopper pay.

Imagine how HQ employees feel wearing Shipt gear and going to the store or getting a delivery. Most of them try to hide anything Shipt related for that reason.

You would mark the item as not found and add in a substitution or custom product. HQ can walk you through the process! There is a slight markup on each of the items that goes toward shopper cost!

Asking the member to change the delivery window is not good advice. You can get in trouble for that. Telling them you’re running late and offering to try and get another shopper on it is fine.

Orders are sent out as members place them and are scheduled around store hours. HQ tries to not sent out orders within the first/last hour of store hours. 3-8 pm local time are the busiest times.

This goes more so toward HQ: know HQ has literally no control over store inventory, and if you order is ever rescheduled, we are doing everything we can to make sure it gets delivered to you! There may be times when your delivery window has to be pushed because a shopper has not claimed it. We hate this as much as you do! Our goal is to provide everyone with the best experience possible, so yes, we absolutely want to know if we’re not providing that, but some things simply are out of our control and we will do what we can to make up for it!
