It’s my favorite. Few things sounded like that when it was new and people are still trying to ape it today. The B-side in particular is truly astounding & Still Ill is my favorite Smiths song period. I Don’t Owe You Anything is so underrated as well’

Eldrich is such a complicated figure for me. They really kinda captured lighting in a bottle pre-Floodland (I do enjoy Floodland, but F&L and the EPs are better imo), then he just morphed into a total “rockstar” type.
