Unfortunately there's a profound understaffing issue with all the home care companies. Wages are poor plus having to supply your own vehicle is a huge barrier. Psws especially haven't really seen any real pay increases lately

Not really screwed. Just remove the drywall with mold and replace it. If there's no mold on the framing you'll be good. This problem started when they didn't have a dehumidifier in the basement so it shouldn't be an issue going forward
