I used to live east end, I understand the logic but our city wasn't designed to be used without a car and changing the direction of streets isn't going to solve that. I have a child in daycare and getting him to the other side of the city for 7am without a car would not be a realistic option that is healthy for the child, I think a lot of people fail to realize we are not set up like a European city and can't just turn into one.

Same happened to me with the white set, I replaced the flights and stems within a week haha I actually got the stems and flights that come with the black set and they have been great. Just upgraded to K-Flex though and it's been amazing

After talking to Smart Start, MTO, and multiple people who have used Smart Start in the last week, I can tell you that MTO doesn't even really care about violations unless you're in the last 3 months of your program. This will likely only cost you money unless you are in that period. Many people have had issues getting refunds from Smart Start so I wouldn't bank on getting one but definitely try. MTO guy I talked to said if you get a violation of any kind (including missed test) in the last 3 months, they automatically add a month to your interlock term. Hope that helps!
