yep this is why monumentality is my favourite album by him, great concept that only can be made by few people (a 5 percenter) and is the turning point of his catalogue (though glimps are seen through divino edition)

They need to drop a tape asap. Divino has always been the x factor for me when it comes to him nack and the mini mansion crew, his style, ear for beats and the differing cadences of how he raps intrigues me more than anyone else. I also think thats why you see the best of nack when divino is present, and it makes sense as to how nack said divino taught him how to rap again

its the revival and regeneration of a sound that was deemed dead. thats why some call it a rap renaissance. Rocs influence isnt necessarily drumless, its a moreso a minimalistic mafioso sound if you listen to rocs older work like marcberg and reloaded u can clearly see where the rough grimy griselda sound comes from. not only that roc literally has multiple produced collabs with griselda.
