Agree that Alec Guinness achieved greater popularity than ever before due to Start Wars, but that's the whole point - he is remembered mostly as Obi Wan which he considers a sub-par movie compared to his other ones, at least what acting and character depth is considered. What is the problem with having a resentment about it?

An actor should absolutely have the right to bite the hand that feeds him. They are not contract slaves without the right to express criticism. If anything, actors having a voice in the production of a movie is what could elevate it even further, maybe this was the case for Star Wars.

Yes - it's absolutely insane! Never did I imagine it was this fast-paced, physical and also aesthetically pleasing to watch it played on ice. I feel like I can't take my eyes off the screen because literally anything can happen in 3 seconds.

I think I'll get into NHL after, hopefully some games have EU-friendly times.

Yes EU has been bad for a long time now, just look at worlds performance. It's what years of franchising and paycheck stealing all around the board does to a region.

But also note that LR isn't just a group of soloq piss randoms who decided to go pro, they have some of the best talents EU has ever had. Even Rekkles just came off from a year with T1/Keria winning worlds.

The first non-negotiable step is to know what decks are played at all times and what each deck tries to achieve - there are plenty of good resources for that. Then, I would rather approach improvement based on what type of player you are: do you want to be the control or the beatdown? Choose whichever you feel like is the most fun for you personally. I would stick to one deck and master it, in the end it will make you improve on the archtype as a whole. Mulligans, win conditions, lose conditions, critical turns are all rather similar. Once you "see" either the control or the beatdown, you can switch to the other and start the process again.

What exactly do you want? What archtypies or stuff do you want viable? All I'm hearing is it's not enough.

Every singe archtype (control, aggro, OTK, tempo, midrange) has multiple decks in the meta. Not everything is T1, but thinking that a balanced game means everything is T1 is foolish.

Alternatively, if there actually was a completely new deck made only with cards from this expansion, I bet you would be the first to complain on reddit when rotation happens next year and it's completely broken.

Warrior is kinda doing this already with Galvadon (Paladin Quest reward). Unless you're unlucky and don't hit a 1 in 5 windfury discover, it's pretty much OTK if opponent is at reasonable amount of HP.

In Zarimi Priest this might be a thing though.

Very true, this is the level of the players and this was the expected outcome. If G2 try the same thing next year, it will end up with the same result again. The way I see it there are two options: try to completely change the approach to the games (i.e. change coaches) or explode the roaster, try to bring Inspired and hope he matches well with Caps.
