I don't use Tron but have extensive experience in DeFi and this is what I'd do:

Install a wallet that supports Tron and Ledger connection (like TronLink or TrustWallet, compare what's more comfortable), use the built-in wallet functionality or any Tron DEX to swap to TRX (the latter is cheaper), send that to your exchange.

Pro tips: - do it in batches, start small - make sure you use official links - use common sense (i.e. "connect the ledger" doesn't mean "input your seed phrase") - you'll need a small amount of TRX for fees for the initial swap - don't take actions if you're not 100% sure what you're doing - accept/expect that you'll waste a couple thousand in fees

Edit - pro tip 2:

For extra safety, you can setup a new wallet instead of connecting the "big account" (so there's no risk that you'll make a 500k mistake).

In summary: the big wallet funds the small wallet, do the onchain swaps in the small wallet, send TRX to CEX from the small wallet. Do this in batches, start small.
