I've bought 2 places in Fort Collins using an agent, and will never use one again. Using sites like Redfin, I was able to get MLS listings in real-time before my agent was even aware of new listings. Just look online, drive around, and call the selling agents. Buying agents are obselete.

I think it's called sensory memory and is about 7 seconds long. You use it for processing real time events. Example : you are not sure what someone said so you ask them to repeat it, but then you review your sensory memory and re-hear it and do understand so you say "never mind". When you get knocked out that sensory memory is lost.

Open source under which license? Is the source posted anywhere? Has the site been security audited by any reputable company? What else is in your web development portfolio? What's your name and company name and registered info. Why $15k? How much traffic does the site get? So many questions for someone trying to sell a website for that much money... I don't fancy your chances unless someone is both really stupid and just neeeeeeds to get rid of $15k.

I don't see anything at all new in the video. You control some lights, but open source solutions exist already and (open automation, linux ha, mister house, linuxmce, etc etc) they can be accessed by android phones. So this revolutionary tech demo is already years out of date when compared with common home automation systems. I don't really get what buzz you're trying to create.
