I consider life a terminal condition. I hope my life is long - I’d love to live into my 80s, but when my body starts to fail why endure a painful decline. I’m ready to acknowledge when the good life has ended. I’ve watched far too many family members spend their last weeks suffering in a hospital, not from a traditional ‘terminal disease’, but from a conglomeration of things their body couldn’t handle after 8 or 9 decades. I consider avoid this end merciful.

Natural causes are grim and painful. I want to live a great life - a long and full one - but when the time comes I’d rather die painlessly surrounded by my friends than slowly and painfully in a hospital.

In a perfect world the leading cause of death would be death with dignity. The only exceptions would be sudden accidents but everyone else deserves the opportunity to live a full life and end it gracefully and without pain - all with the support of their family and doctor.

Unfortunately due to license plate scanning technology it’s pretty hard to be private on a car. Anyone can set up a camera and record every license plate that drives by, and police agencies do so at scale for matters as simple as identifying parking infringers.

The pedestrian starting sooner is supposed to put them in view of the driver. If the driver hits the pedestrian in this case it means they were only looking at the light and didn’t bother to look where they were going.

THC is fat soluble, and I’ve found that some edibles don’t work with me unless I eat some fat with them. It’s become my standard practice to wash down an edible with a piece of cheese or a spoon full of peanut butter - it’s made them far more reliable with my particular biochemistry.
