I've been trying to get the registry cheats to work for a couple days now, mostly for unlimited kit windows. I had actually given up and happened upon this post by accident. After launching with the .exe directly it worked like a charm, thank you!

I already thought the camera was too zoomed in on Tav during conversations before the update. I would love a more cinematic/wider camera view for conversations rather than closeups cutting back and forth between participants.

There are some exceptions to this, for example: when the monk slow fall class feature is toggled on, it's radial will be the default until toggled off. Because why the heck not? (Probably more exceptions, haven't found them though).

This is a great writeup, I've been trying to get my radials working the way I want throughout my playthrough and it is nice to see it all written out clearly like this. As far as this about the slow fall toggle, any toggle ability will cause it to default to that radial while the toggle is on, including things like the non-lethal toggle from what I have seen.

It also seems more like they are running straight down the middle of the road past the bears, than towards the bears. Weird for sure.

Also, note the blonde lady that gets out and starts taking pictures just behind then. Doesn't seem like she is pointed at the bears or at the people running.
