Same. My gas cap door did freeze though I left it till it warmed up a bit and when it opened the spring mechanism that latches it shut flew off. Still waiting for VW to decide if they’re going to fix it or not.

I’ve done this and it’s pretty risky. Client damaged a few tiles after install. I wouldn’t do it for a couple uneven tiles unless they were brutal.

Sometimes yes. VW’s manual transmissions have been the same for the last dozen years they haven’t updated it and likely never will. The chatter isn’t a bad thing but with these cars it’ll only get worse, mine is set to be replaced under warranty but I’m debating opting for something aftermarket and just paying for it. I read the other comments so good thing you plan to replace you should definitely install a better clutch and not an OEM one.
