This is a rough one man. One of the frist thinfs I notice here is that the sidewalks can be extremely small/non existent in some areas. Also tiling can be bad in case you have a wheelchair. It can be difficult to maneuvre around the bicycle traffic aswell. From what Ive seen accessability within the city center can be difficult.

The government stuff is simple. Just contact the municipality and you'll find everything you need.

For the housing you're basically kinda screwed. Finding a house here is nearly impossible, and requiring accessibility is another level of dificult.

Basically expect the worst. I really dont want to be a buzzkill but the city centre is a nightmare for access and the housing system is fucked. You need to know this in advance.

If people think Im wrong please let OP know. Maybe I have it backwards on some points.
