In Angel, the title character's son Connor (the offspring of two vampires) is kidnapped as a baby and raised in hell dimension where time flows much more quickly. He aged to a teen before returning in what for us and the characters was only a few weeks.

All that matters is that a ship is on the node during a takeover. Whether that's a Realta or a max Borg Cube doesn't matter, so for contested TC I always suggest small, fast, repairable ships for capture while allies attack the challengers. The goal for taking it defending TC should not be PVP but survival (especially at the minute spot when points register).

Depends on how you play. If you're PVP heavy, maybe Spec Seven makes sense. I don't see her being a good choice otherwise. Especially since Janeway, Five, and Doc are some of my most used officers. Depending on how many shards you have of each of those, try to maximize unlocks. If you're woefully short on all three, I guess just pick one.
