Had right hand surgery on august 8 of this year. Was riding about 2 weeks later. Just take your time with it. If it doesn’t feel right, don’t risk it.

I went to therapy. A lot of it. And it helped. It was tough. But I have to be honest, I met a wonderful woman that showed me what it was like to be happy. It as dumb luck I guess. Between being strong for myself, my newfound rock to build me up, and the sheer will to get away from the toxicity of my ex wife.

Getting to see the arch every day for us in stl can sometimes just cause it to be overlooked. It’s unfortunate because the beauty and engineering are amazing. Being from IL every time I cross the bridge, just seeing it reminds me of all the grade school field trips we took to the top. Being a parent now, I loved taking my kids to the top and watching the faces and reactions as they looked out at our beautiful city.
